Definition

– When we use the terms “CtrlZ”, “we” or “us”, we mean the company Ligue Médicale Laser.

-Personal data” refers to information that can be used to identify you directly (surname/first name) or indirectly (pseudonym).

Personal data includes information such as e-mail addresses, postal addresses and cell phone numbers.
It is possible that your digital identifiers and cookies are included in the personal data.

-Health data” refers to information that makes it possible to identify and describe a person’s state of health.

 

Various data can be identified:

Data relating to the patient’s health, revealing information about his or her state of health.

Data relating to the patient’s health deduced from the cross-referencing of different data.

Data processing

Your personal data will be used by the relevant departments of your CtrlZ laser centers.

We collect and process your data in order to provide you with the best possible service, on the basis of legal grounds and to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes described below:

Sending an email, sending a newsletter, downloading a brochure, making an appointment, improving our website.


For the newsletter, email and brochure sections, the data collected will be: your email address, your title, your first and last name.

To make an appointment, the following data is collected: first and last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, reason for consultation.
Les Centres laser CtrlZ uses the services of Doctolib to book appointments online.
Your data will not be stored with us.

The improvement of our website will involve the collection of data concerning your IP address, your navigation on our site (pages visited, etc.).
And your terminal browser version.

In order for the user to benefit from the medical procedures performed by CtrlZ Laser Centers, the user must consent to the processing of his/her personal data by CtrlZ Laser Centers.

 

DATA RETENTION PERIODS

According to article R. 1112-7 of the French Public Health Code, the medical record created in the healthcare establishment must be kept for twenty years from the date of the patient’s last stay or last outpatient consultation in the establishment.

CtrlZ undertakes to comply with the data retention periods imposed by the regulations in force.

With whom is my personal data shared?

Your personal data may be transmitted to persons outside CtrlZ, but only in the following cases:

  • Your contact data, i.e. : Civility, Surname, First name, Email address, Telephone number, may be transmitted to a service provider outside CtrlZ in charge of emailing.
  • Your personal data will be hosted by a service provider external to CtrlZ, located in the European Union and required to ensure data confidentiality.
  • It is possible that your personal data may be passed on to consultants outside CtrlZ, who are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
  • Your personal data may be transmitted to the competent authorities in application of the applicable law and/or a court order.

What are my rights and how can I exercise them? ?

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data by Ligue Médicale Laser at any time.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object to and port data.

In accordance with current regulations, and without risk of incompatibility with the initial purposes above, CtrlZ may process certain Data for scientific research or statistical purposes.
